1. PURPOSE

By signing this Act, the Participant voluntarily joins W-FORTEX Consortium and supports its objectives, principles and activities.

2. MEMBERSHIP

The Participant becomes an official member of W-FORTEX Consortium. Membership provides access to the Consortium ecosystem and its activities.

Membership does not create:

• financial obligations
• investment obligations
• supply obligations
• procurement obligations
• exclusivity obligations
• obligations to participate in projects.

Membership is entirely voluntary.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

By signing this Act, the Participant accepts the confidentiality principles applicable to W-FORTEX Consortium and TRIUMPH Alliance.

4. INFORMATION SHARING

The Participant agrees to receive information regarding:

• projects under development
• governmental initiatives
• international opportunities
• consortium activities
• investment opportunities
• implementation programs.

The purpose is to ensure prior awareness of future opportunities.

5. REPRESENTATION

The Participant acknowledges that W-FORTEX Consortium representatives may refer to the Participant as a member of the Consortium during international, intergovernmental, industrial and institutional negotiations for informational purposes only. Such references shall not constitute representation or authorization to act on behalf of the Participant.

6. PUBLIC DISCLOSURE

Public disclosure of membership requires prior consent of the Participant. Absent such consent, membership information shall remain internal.

7. TERMINATION

Participation may be terminated at any time upon written notice. Termination shall not affect separate obligations arising from independent agreements.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

This Act establishes membership in W-FORTEX Consortium and access to its ecosystem. This Act shall enter into force upon signature by both Parties.
