WITKOWITZ Group Signs Cooperation and Know-How Licensing Agreement for DAVID SMR Development

A cooperation and know-how licensing agreement was signed in Prague between four parties for the development of the DAVID small modular reactor technology.

The agreement established the framework for developing a technical solution for a water-cooled reactor with an electrical output of 2 to 100 MWt.

Under the agreement, Diagnostic-Eco Technologies a.s. (represented by Bronislav Kulikov) acts as the technology supplier responsible for developing the conceptual design, safety solutions, and transferring all intellectual property rights to WITKOWITZ, a.s. and Witkowitz Atomica a.s.

Czechatom a.s. was designated as the Main Project Engineer (HIP), responsible for further project development and implementation.

The agreement includes a development budget of 15,000,000 CZK and establishes a long-term cooperation framework for the advancement of SMR technology.
