On March 20, 2026, MIFRE HOLDING a.s. formally acceded to the Framework Agreement establishing the International Consortium SYNETRIUM, becoming a Core Participant and Strategic Partner.

Accession Terms

As a Core Participant and Strategic Partner, MIFRE HOLDING a.s. commits to:

• Contribute its scientific, technological, engineering, and industrial competencies to consortium objectives
• Cooperate with founding members and other participants based on principles of international scientific, technological, and industrial cooperation
• Participate in Strategic Product Programs defined in Annex I of the Framework Agreement
