WINAQUACORE

Winning the Aquatic Core

A transnational, technologically integrated platform designed to form a new level of management of the marine space through the integration of environmental, energy, engineering, scientific and humanitarian components within the framework of an international coalition.

EU Green Deal
Blue Economy
SDGs 7, 9, 13, 14
3SI Initiative

Key Principles

Synthesis

Integration of engineering, ecology, humanitarian logic, R&D and industrial potential

Coordination

Mechanism between EU states, allied nations, agencies and private investors

Applied Approach

Each component implemented as a functioning system, platform or node

Reconstruction

Embedded in post-conflict reconstruction of Ukraine and coastal countries

Global Compliance

Direct alignment with SDGs, EU Green Deal, Blue Economy, 3SI, Climate Resilience

Security Focus

Technical response to military-political threats through modular restoration

Strategic Analysis

Geopolitical & Strategic Context

The Black Sea is currently a space of overlapping multi-layered risks: environmental, military-political, energy and logistical. It is both a point of geopolitical pressure and a potential zone of integration, stability and technological evolution.

Technical Architecture

Six Technology Clusters

WINAQUACORE relies on six interconnected technology clusters. Each is a module of an integrated platform synchronized with infrastructural, humanitarian and energy priorities.

Ecological Transformation Cluster

Sensor Observation System

Autonomous marine buoys with multiparametric probes (pH, ORP, O₂, H₂S, salinity, temperature), bottom stations with fiber optic cables, hydrophones and laser spectrometers.

Biological Regeneration

Artificial reefs made of sol-gel concretes with zeolites and bioactive glasses; biofiltration using nitrifying bacteria, Bacillus subtilis, diatoms.

Hydrogen Sulfide Recovery

Diaphragm reactors on polyimide and fluoroethylene propylene membranes; AISI 904L steel pumps with titanium corrosion protection.

Toxic Objects Disposal

Plasma reactors, borosilicate encapsulation, robotic arms with chambers and grabs; composite containers with multi-stage chemical and mechanical insulation.

International Context

Comparative Analysis

WINAQUACORE synthesizes technologies and institutional tracks, expanding existing projects with engineering implementation, humanitarian vector and industrial cooperation.

H₂Sea Energy

Black Sea H₂S Recovery and Energy Project

The Project is Open for Cooperation

WINAQUACORE is not just an international project, but the basis for formation of a trans-regional alliance of sustainability and trust in the Black Sea and beyond. The initiative brings together industrial potential of Europe, the political and humanitarian mission of Ukraine, high-tech Korea, the institutional connectivity of Latvia, and the EU's environmental and energy agenda.
