TRIUMPH Systems Fusion Consortium Established — Czech-Latvian-Ukrainian Industrial Integration Platform
On October 10, 2025, five organizations signed the Consortium Agreement establishing TRIUMPH Systems Fusion — an industrial and technological integration platform between the Czech Republic, Latvia, and Ukraine.

→ Role: Technological Partner
Purpose
To combine efforts, infrastructure, technological, and organizational resources to implement a joint industrial and technological integration program between the Czech Republic, Latvia, and Ukraine.
Key Objectives
- Establishing an integrated industrial and scientific-technological platform
- Developing and certifying dual-use products (including unmanned and robotic systems)
- Jointly participating in national and international funding programs (EU and NATO investment funds)
Consortium Activities
- Preparation of Memoranda with Ukrainian developers (recommended by Ministry of Defence of Ukraine)
- Formation of certified products portfolio for licensed European production
- Registration in: NATO system, CzechInvest/DEFENSE HUB, Czech DIANA, EU/NATO investment funds
Production Facilities
- WITKOWITZ a.s. production facilities in Ostrava
- TETERS Ltd facilities in Latvia for component manufacturing
Governance
- Technical Leader: Triumph Systems Fusion z.ú. (coordination, documentation, EU/NATO interaction)
- Decision Making: Mutual agreement between TRIUMPH INVEST and TETERS
- The Consortium is not a legal entity
This consortium agreement established the operational framework for the W-SPARX project and other dual-use technology initiatives within the TRIUMPH Alliance ecosystem.
