WITKOWINGS and TETERS Sign Cooperation Agreement for W-SPARX Heavy-Class UAV Project

On January 2, 2026, WITKOWINGS z.s. and TETERS Ltd signed a Cooperation Agreement establishing the framework for collaboration on Project W-SPARX — a heavy-class long-range unmanned aerial system.

WITKOWINGS Responsibilities

  • Technological coordinator of Project W-SPARX
  • Represent W-SPARX Consortium interests in technical coordination
  • Coordinate interaction between TETERS and other Consortium participants
  • Ensure alignment with TRIUMPH Systems Fusion Consortium framework

TETERS Responsibilities

  • Industrial and manufacturing partner of Project W-SPARX
  • Provide access to production facilities in Latvia for component manufacturing
  • Participate in design reviews, prototyping, and technical validation
  • Assign qualified pilots and technical specialists for testing and flight trials
  • Key operational partner in test organization and execution
  • Coordinate with Ministry of Defence of Latvia for testing logistics and infrastructure access
  • Designate specialist for W-SPARX Consortium working group

Project W-SPARX

A heavy-class long-range unmanned aerial system developed by a consortium of industrial, technological, and institutional partners for development, testing, certification, and potential production.

Test activities are planned to be conducted using infrastructure of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia.

This agreement operates within the framework of the TRIUMPH Systems Fusion Consortium, established under a Consortium Agreement dated October 10, 2025.
