TRIUMPH Alliance

On June 23, 2026, UTEM-Engineering LLC officially joined the W-FORTEX International Consortium by signing the Act of Accession in Prague.

UTEM Group — a union of enterprises implementing comprehensive engineering and construction solutions for energy and industry on a turnkey basis — has been a long-standing partner of the WITKOWITZ Group through SYNERGOATOM SE, which represents WITKOWITZ in Ukraine. With nearly 100 years of experience in energy and industrial construction, over 1,000 specialists, and more than 300 completed projects, UTEM brings invaluable expertise to the Consortium.

UTEM-Engineering has become a logical partner within the W-FORTEX framework alongside:

Institute of Blast & Impact Proof Concrete (IBIPC) — an NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency) catalogued manufacturer with assigned NCAGE Code 8286G, representing the fortification engineering of the WITKOWITZ Group
Sumy Machine-Building Cluster of Energy Equipment (SMBCEEQ) — joined TRIUMPH Alliance in Prague (May 2026)
LLC "ZZV "DEC" (BETON ENERGO) — fortification and protective structures specialist

This partnership structure enables comprehensive implementation of critical infrastructure reconstruction projects, covering the full cycle: design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning, and physical protection.

Chernihiv CHP — Flagship Project

The cooperation begins with the Chernihiv Combined Heat and Power Plant reconstruction project, where a Framework Agreement was signed on June 9, 2026, establishing strategic cooperation for:

Reconstruction and modernization of CHP facilities
Physical protection systems implementation (W-FORTEX 4-contour model)
Equipment replacement and efficiency upgrades
Integration of modern safety and security systems

Expanding Implementation Scope

Negotiations are currently underway with Sumy CHP and other critical infrastructure facilities across Ukraine, where the W-FORTEX Consortium, together with the Coalition of the Acting — a consortium uniting territorial communities of Ukraine — will implement specific works within TRIUMPH Alliance programs.

URC 2026 Forum — Gdańsk

At the upcoming Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026) in Gdańsk, TRIUMPH Alliance representatives will discuss issues related to supporting W-FORTEX projects. Key topics will include the reconstruction, physical protection, and production-technological modernization of Chernihiv CHP.

Given that SMBCEEQ — a direct partner of VÍTKOVICE ENERGETICKÉ STROJÍRENSTVÍ (VES) — is also a member of the W-FORTEX Consortium alongside UTEM, TRIUMPH Alliance is preparing pre-project materials for upcoming negotiations with:
