The W-FORTEX International Consortium Charter was officially adopted, establishing an international industrial, engineering and implementation platform dedicated to the protection, fortification, resilience and modernization of critical infrastructure.

Strategic Position
W-FORTEX Consortium operates as an integral component of the WINGUARD SAFE&FORCE pillar of TRIUMPH Alliance. The Consortium may participate in governmental, intergovernmental and international programs, tenders, grants, financing mechanisms and infrastructure projects.
This Charter formalizes W-FORTEX as the principal mechanism for implementing critical infrastructure protection projects within the TRIUMPH Alliance ecosystem, building on the concept first presented at the Bezpeka 2.0 Forum in Kyiv.
