
TRIUMPH INVEST Signs Framework Agreement with Chernihiv for CHP Reconstruction and Critical Infrastructure
On June 9, 2026, in Prague, a Framework Agreement was signed establishing strategic cooperation for the reconstruction and modernization of Chernihiv's critical infrastructure.

Purpose
To establish a long-term legal, organizational, financial, and coordination basis for strategic cooperation in the implementation of joint projects within the TRIUMPH Alliance framework.
First Priority Project
Reconstruction, modernization, and physical protection of Chernihiv CHP plant and critical infrastructure facilities of the city — a flagship project of the W-FORTEX Programme.
